Invite residents with RealPage/Yardi/Entrata
Your Client Success Rep will take care of initiating your auto invite feature ifIf your property uses RealPage, Yardi or Entrata. Rentgrata will then send the invite email to your current residents. Rentgrata will also send a second email five days later to all current residents that did not sign up after receiving the first email.
Only residents in good standing will be invited based on their status on the rent roll in your property management software.
If your community does not have an integration with RealPage, Yardi or Entrata

You do not wish to use our auto inviter, please read below.
On the Resident Inviter page, upload a .CSV file of your residents’ first name, last name, and email address formatted as it is shown below and click Send Invites.
Rentgrata will then send the invite email to your residents right away. Rentgrata will also send a second email five days later to all current residents that did not sign up after receiving the first email.
Please note that the .CSV file should not have a header. The first resident should be listed on row 1.
When inviting residents to join Rentgrata, be sure to include all residents in good standing. Do not invite residents with non-renewal, do not accept payment, eviction, or multiple lease violation statuses.
