How does the Rentgrata Manager dashboard work?

The Rentgrata Manager dashboard is the place to manage rewards and view Rentgrata leads (or update them if your property is not using an integration). You will mark incoming residents (who were previously prospects) and current residents as rewarded once you have paid out their rewards, and can ask them to leave a review on a more traditional review site (Yelp, Google, Facebook). You can also  learn more about what your prospects and residents like and want at your property. 

As a friendly reminder, the onsite team of a community is responsible for paying out the rewards earned via Rentgrata unless you have opted into Rentgrata paying rewards on your behalf. Rewards are typically paid out using the same method that is used for the property's traditional resident reward program.
