How do I update reward amounts, payment method, or payout period?

You can update the reward amounts offered, as well as the the payment method and payout period advertised to current residents at any time by logging into Rentgrata Manager and visiting the Property Info tab.

To change the reward amount, click the Change Amount link and enter new reward amounts for your residents and prospects—either by a 50/50 split or by clicking the Advanced Settings link to change the distribution amounts individually.

This is also where you can select a Payment Method (rent credit, gift card, check, cash, other) and payout period (30, 60, or 90 days). 

This change will take effect for any future conversation but will not change reward amounts for previously earned rewards

Please note, rewards earned on Rentgrata are paid out by the onsite team of the community. Rentgrata does not pay out rewards to prospects who have moved in or current residents unless Rentgrata has been contracted to do so.
