How do I update open leads? Do I need to do this manually?

The onsite team at your community must manually update leads in Rentgrata Manager if the property doesn't utilize Entrata ILS Portal CRM,  Yardi, or RealPage/Onesite systems (see below for more information about Rentgrata's integrations). 

To manually update your property's leads, you must login to Rentgrata Manager and visit the property's Leads tab. Rentgrata recommends logging in to update the Leads statuses at least once a week — if you keep up this cadence, it shouldn’t take more than a few minutes every time you log in! To update a lead, you’ll simply click and drag the lead card from its existing status, to the Active,  Moved In, or Denied/Lost column. As you make status updates to your leads, Rentgrata will send the onsite team at your community a short email outlining the reward eligibility for all parties involved, and will periodically send reminders to pay each resident and to mark them as rewarded in Rentgrata Manager.

If your community utilizes Entrata CRM, or RealPage/Onesite, and Yardi CRM the status of the leads in Rentgrata Manager will update daily when the leads are updated in your CRM system. Make sure to always be updating any guest cards related to Rentgrata to have these updates reflected on the Rentgrata manager dashboard.
