How do I deactivate rewards if a resident does not qualify?

There are two different methods that can be used in Rentgrata Manager to deactivate a resident's move-in bonus or Rentgrata reward. Both methods are described below.

Please note, if a prospect who is ineligible for a reward did move into your property, make sure that their lead is placed into the Moved In column, not the Denied/Lost column, on the Leads tab. Rentgrata uses the Moved In column to provide you and the rest of your team with accurate and up-to-date lead conversion information. After this step, you will disable the reward.

Method 1: Navigate to the Leads tab and click on the prospect's Lead card. On the right side of the screen, you will see the Reward Information section where you can click the three dots to the right of the user to disable the individual user's reward, or you can select the three dots in at the top right of the Reward Information section to disable the rewards for all users. On the next screen, select a reason for disabling the reward and click "Disable Reward".
