A prospective renter and the current resident(s) that they spoke to on Rentgrata may be marked as ineligible to receive their reward because:
- The prospective renter was involved with a third party apartment broker or locator.
- The prospective renter applied to live at the property prior to chatting with a current resident.
- The prospective renter signed a lease or moved into the property prior to chatting with a current resident.
- The prospective renter did not sign a lease and/or did not move into the community.
- The prospective renter did not sign a lease that meets the minimum lease term (3, 6, 12 months) as determined by the corporate team.
- The prospective signed a renewal or a sublet. Only new leases that meet the minimum lease term typically qualify.
- The prospect and/or resident is not in good financial standing with the community.
- The resident is no longer a current, full-time resident of the community with an active lease. Rewards are typically only offered to current residents.
- The current resident moved out of the property before the prospective renter had been a resident for 30, 60, or 90 days after their move-in date. The 30, 60, or 90 day move in requirement is typically set by the corporate team at your Management Company.
