If a resident at your property signs up that is in bad financial standing, or that has non-renewal, do not accept payment, eviction, or multiple lease violation status, or who is known for being very negative, you can report them directly to the Rentgrata team to flag or remove the user.
To report the resident, go to the Residents tab and click the resident's name, and then click the “Report User” button. Choose the reason why you are reporting the user, adding any comments you find necessary, and send the report. The report that you submit will be sent directly to the Rentgrata team and not to the resident user. Reports are typically resolved within a few business hours.
