On the Residents tab, you’ll see a resident show up as “Active” or “Not Active” in the list of residents. When a resident is listed as “Active,” they are active on Rentgrata Messenger and are ready to receive messages from prospects. If a resident shows up as “Not Active,” it means they either moved out, removed their account from Rentgrata, were reported and removed, or they were not responsive to prospects on Rentgrata Messenger.
If a resident with an "Active" status does not respond to three different prospects in a row within 24 hours, the resident's status is automatically set to "Not Active" due to being unresponsive.
If that resident who was unresponsive wants to become active again, they would simply log into their Rentgrata profile and accept our terms of responsiveness.
