The subscription rate for Rentgrata’s services is based on the unit count of the property. The property's subscription rate can be found by logging on to Rentgrata Manager and navigating to the Property Info tab.
Invoices will be generated and sent via email if you elected to use manual billing when setting up the property. If you elected to use online bill-pay and have entered credit card, debit card, or ACH information, your account will be automatically billed on a monthly basis and Rentgrata will email a payment receipt to the bill-to-contact that is found on the Property Info tab.
