After a resident's reward has been provided to them by the onsite team, the onsite team can log on to Rentgrata Manager, visit the property's Rewards tab, and mark the resident's reward as "Rewarded" to prompt the resident to leave a review on Google, Yelp, or Facebook.
When marking a resident's reward as "rewarded", be sure to check the box highlighted below on the reward confirmation screen to prompt a review.
Prior to marking a resident as rewarded and prompting a review, be sure to enter the property's Google, Yelp, and/or Facebook URLs on the property's Property Info tab.
