To report or remove a resident, go to the Residents tab and click the resident's name, and then click the “Report User” button. Choose the reason why you are reporting the user, adding any comments you find necessary, and send the report. The report that you submit will be sent directly to the Rentgrata team, not to the resident user.
When a user is reported, the team at Rentgrata will review details of the report and will take the appropriate next steps to remove the user or will loop in the onsite team to determine the best course of action. Reports are typically resolved within 24 hours.
