You can hide Rentgrata Messenger from certain pages of your website, such as the resident services pages or payment portal pages, by logging into Rentgrata Manager.
To hide Rentgrata Messenger from a specific page, log on to Rentgrata Manager and visit the property's Messenger tab. Then, add the shortened URL (see screenshot below) of the page that you wish to hide to the "Hide the messenger..." box, and click Save Options.
To hide Rentgrata Messenger from multiple pages, add commas in between the shortened URLs of the multiple pages that you wish to hide.
After adding the shortened URL, be sure to click the Save Options button.
For example, if you wanted to hide Rentgrata Messenger from your property's payment portal, and the URL is: https://grataapartments.com/residents/payments/ you would enter the following:
