Can prospects or residents report or block one another?

All prospective renter and current resident users on Rentgrata have the ability to report or block the users that they are having conversations with. 

When a user is reported, the team at Rentgrata will review details of the report and will take the appropriate next steps to remove the user, or will loop in the onsite team to determine the best course of action. 

When a user is blocked, they are not able to send additional messages to the user that blocked them. Blocked users are also always reported to Rentgrata. 

Cases for reported or blocked users are typically resolved within 24 hours.
