If onsite team members are permitted to sign up for Rentgrata by the corporate team or regional manager, Rentgrata requires that all onsite team members place their first name, and their job title in parenthesis in the first name field when creating a Rentgrata resident profile.
For example, John Davis, the Leasing Consultant, would enter the following in the first name field when creating a resident profile: John (Leasing Consultant)
Even if you can’t earn rewards, as long as you designate yourself as an onsite team member in your profile name, we see this as a great way to interact with future residents!
